It’s a “formality” thing… yeah this thing called love.
You know the story, beautiful young girl named Belle (the Beauty) and a beastly man (the Beast) are brought together by a fateful night when Belle’s father gets lost in the forest and comes upon the Beast’s castle. It’s an enchanting tale that has some variations to it, but the same basic story is there. Of course it has a happy ending in which Belle’s love turns the beast back into the prince he once was, they get married and live happily ever after. So simple, so beautiful.
Jewelry Fair 2010 brought to you by The Jewelers of SL, is an event not to be missed, with four areas packed full of jewelry in a fairytale setting and a theme of Beauty & The Beast (whichever version you may like). You can start your journey in the forest going from tent to colorful tent for your whimsical styles of jewelry. I think I spent most of my L$ in this area, as I love quirky styles! Next, if you dare, enter the grounds of the Beast’s castle, where you will find all kinds of gothic, or dark inspired jewelry. If you’re thinking to yourself “Hey, ya’ know, goth really isn’t my style!”, don’t skip it, there’s always a gem in places you least expect it! Moving on, you will come across a beautiful castle that contrasts where we last were. Here, you will find some more fancy jewels to adorn your avatar with! Last, but not least you can take a casual walk with the people in the village where you will find your normal, every day type of jewelry. Don’t be fooled by words such as “normal”, “casual”, or “every day type”, because there are some awesome pieces of jewelry that can dress up the most mundane of outfits!
As if having a plethora of talented designers in once place wasn’t enough to make you excited, there are events, classes and demonstrations and even a kissing booth! You can pick up your packets of information where you drop in and don’t forget to be considerate of others and reduce the lag with the lag reduction tips you can grab at the drop in area! So ladies and gents, get your virtual wallets ready and be prepared for Jewelry Fair 2010 to open tomorrow, October 8th! (Remember to look for the red and black Oxfam charity vendors!)

Once there was a beautiful young girl by the name of Belle, the youngest of three daughters to a wealthy merchant.

They once lived in a very luxurious way overlooking the village, but after unforeseen circumstances, were forced to live amongst the more common folk, in a farmhouse with each and every daughter working for a living.

Belle’s father had to make a trip to check on a ship at port, and got lost in the forest on his way back, finding his way to the Beast’s castle, where he was taken care of. In exchange for the hospitality, the Beast asked for the merchant’s young daughter Belle to come and live with him. She leaves her family, and willingly goes.

For quite some time, Belle lived with the Beast in such luxury being waited on hand and foot, but grew homesick and requested a short leave. Jealousy struck her two sisters when they saw how well dressed and fed she looked, so they devised a plan to keep her longer to put the Beast in an angry rage.

The sisters were quite wrong, the Beast sat up in his castle dying of a broken heart, that only true love could save. The tale is told that a single teardrop from the beautiful young Belle’s face transforms the Beast back into the prince he once was. You know the rest and happily ever after, so on and so forth!
